Products

1. Products are subject to availability. Occasionally, substitutions may be made. You will be contacted to discuss alternatives. If contact is not possible, items of similar size, shape and equal or greater cost will be used and you will be informed of the change . 

2. In the unlikely event of no suitable products being available, you will be informed and offered an alternative delivery date or a full refund.

3. Please note that all flowers and accessories are intended for decoration only and not intended for human consumption. Furthermore, certain flowers and plants can be harmful (such as lilies are toxic to cats) or may cause allergies. Further advice can be sought by getting in touch hello@petal-power.co.uk

4. Some flowers and plants may be delivered in bud to maximise longevity of the product.

 

Delivery

1. Deliveries will be made using the details provided by you. Please ensure that details given are accurate and up to date, including a contact phone number for the recipient

2. It is currently not possible to deliver to hospitals or nursing homes. 

3. Same day delivery of florists choice bouquets is possible if ordered before 10am. 

4. Contactless deliveries will be carried out in all instances. The following procedures will be adhered to in order to safeguard both the recipient and delivery person. 

a) The delivery person will knock on the door or ring the bell and immediately step back from the recipients door.

b) The gift item will be placed on the ground/in recipient's delivery box/as directed by the recipient or sender and the delivery person will step back further. 

c) The recipient will step forward to pick up their gift.

d) The delivery person will make a note of the exact time which delivery took place

e) If the recipient does not answer the door the delivery person will make contact with the recipient via the mobile phone number provided. If unable to make contact or leave the delivery in a secure location, they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and re-arrange delivery. 

5. Deliveries may not be possible in extreme weather conditions - deliveries will only be made where it is safe to do so. During social restrictions as directed by local or national regulations and laws, we may not be able to make deliveries.

6. If delivery is not possible for any reason, you will be contacted to discuss alternative delivery dates. Alternatively you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

7. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 8pm.

 

Aftercare

1. Please follow the care instructions provided with your products. If you are not sure how to look after your flowers/plants please get in touch for advice.

2. Do not place products directly on to surfaces - products may cause stains or water damage to unprotected surfaces.

3. When watering flowers and plants, please do so on a waterproof surface such as sink in order to avoid water damage to furnishings and surfaces.

 

Social media

1. By using or accessing any of Petal Power's social media sites, you agree to comply with this Terms of Use Policy as well as other defined by the individual social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, Twitter Terms of Use)

2. By posting to a Petal Power social media site, you are responsible for the content of all information you contribute, link to or otherwise upload.

3. You agree that everything you post shall be truthful, accurate, not misleading and offered in good faith and that you have the right to post such content.

4. You agree to not post any of the following

a) False, misleading or deceptive comments.

b) Materials that contains confidential material or violates a third party's right of privacy

c) Any photos or comments that include or depict profanity, pornography, threats, hate speech, incite violence, personal attacks, illegal statements or unsafe practices.

d) Content attempting to impersonate someone else including, but not limited to; Petal Power employees, customers or clients.

e) Unauthorised commercial communications (spam) viruses or other malicious codes.

5. Petal Power reserves the right to moderate content posted on its social media sites.

6. Do not post personal or sensitive information about yourself or others, including bank account information, information that may be used to locate yourself or another, or information which could otherwise be deemed to constitute an invasion of another's privacy.

7. Repeated violations of this Terms of Use Policy may result in a user being banned or blocked from Petal Power's social media sites and reported to the appropriate social media platforms.
